He is the chef and owner of Arrels in Sagunt. It offers an author kitchen with roots to its land, seasonal and where memory plays an essential role. Through the products of the environment, Vicky reinterprets traditional recipes, with freedom and respect, always trying to make the taste the maximum protagonist. With 29 years he became the youngest woman in Spain to receive 1 star Michelin. In 2023 he received the “New Talent of the Year” award for the Mediterranean liste.
